Production Process

In order to fulfill the increasing requirements our clients including retailers, individuals, exporters, for different varieties of rice, we produce 4000 metric tonnes of raw rice supplies in the market on monthly basis. Besides, we are planning to expand our rice further in response to the shifting requirements of our esteemed clients. Besides, our factories factories Modina Agro and Rayal Rice Tech and Rainbow Rice Tech specialize in producing Natural Swarna Parboiled Rice, IR64 Parboiled Rice and other varieties of parboiled rice. At these factories, we carry out rice milling process for removing hulls and bran from the paddy grains, thereby producing polished and quality rice.

Process Plant

We follow both traditional and modern methods of milling at our facility. The conventional methods uses mills like Huller mills, Sheller-Huller mills and Sheller-Cone Polisher mills. And, the modern rice milling process includes various stages of milling like pre-cleaning, husking, husk aspiration, paddy separation, de-storing, whitening, polishing, sifting, length grading, blending, weighing and bagging.
